Engagements are structured around a transparent scope and fee agreed with the buyer before work begins. The exact fee depends on the requirement, level of research, verification and coordination involved.
Can you sign an NDA before I share technical information?
Yes. Where proprietary drawings, specifications or commercially sensitive information are involved, an NDA can be arranged before detailed documents are shared.
Can I send drawings, an RFQ or a specification with my enquiry?
Yes. The enquiry form accepts common business and technical file formats. If the material is highly confidential, mention that in the enquiry so the appropriate confidentiality process can be agreed first.
What information should I include in my sourcing enquiry?
Include the product or component, estimated quantities, material or technical specifications, required standards, target timing and any known commercial constraints. Existing drawings, BOMs or RFQs are helpful when available.
How quickly will Rumi Trade respond to an enquiry?
Qualified enquiries are normally reviewed within one to two business days. Complex technical requirements may need an initial clarification before a sourcing scope can be proposed.
Does Rumi Trade handle shipping and logistics?
The core service is supplier sourcing, verification and buyer-side coordination. Logistics requirements can be discussed as part of the engagement, but the exact responsibility should be agreed for each project rather than assumed.
